GUEST POET

Three evenings for friends of literature

The evening entitled Das Glück der Erde liegt auf dem Rücken der Verse (Earth’s Happiness lies on the Back of Verses) is anything but selfless.

I have used my role as host in Salzburg to invite some of the poets with whose poetry I feel an affinity to take part in a reading.

Finally I will get to see them and above all hear them: Adolf Endler, Franzobel, Steffen Jacobs, Silke Scheuermann and Jan Wagner.

I’m looking forward to this reading and, as it is well known that a joy shared is a joy doubled, I hope that in order to increase the joy even more a large and interested audience will attend.
